Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

All orders process within 3 business days. Hybrid Culture is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Do you offer international shipping? 

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Hybrid Culture is not responsible for payment of this duty. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item provided items are not damaged. Please note, there are no returns on international orders and made-to-order pieces. We do not credit original or return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

To make a return please email customerservice@hybridculture.com for a return form BEFORE you send back the item. Please include a print-out of the return form with the merchandise you are returning. Items without a return authorization form cannot be accepted. Once we receive the merchandise, the return will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email confirming the refund or the item you have requested in exchange. Hybrid Culture is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping.

Hybrid Culture may amend or update all or any part of this return policy at any time without notice. Any amendments and updates to the return policy shall be effective upon publication on hybridculture.com. Please access the return policy regularly to be aware of the current policy.
